Invitation for one Polish cyclists

My name is Maryla, I am from Poland. I met Kostia Akczulin in Romania on May last year. He was cycling with some of his friends from your club. I was driving with my friends - we were checking the route for our bike expedition.

I'd like to ask you if it is possible that your club send an invitation for one of members of our Travellers' Association CROTOS (www.bicycle.pl). Some explanation... We have just finished our Olympic expedition from Greece to China (Olympia - Beijing) along the ancient Silk Road. One of our participents stayed longer in China and than he wants to come back to Poland by bike through Russia. He applied for a Russian visa in Shanghay. The Russian consul needs an invitation from a Russian bike club to give him visa. Is it possible your club send such invitation? He and our association would be very grateful?
